By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms. A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward the final price of the service and may be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled with less than twenty four hours notice. Vehicles must be accessible and able to be worked on at the scheduled time. Excessive pet hair, bodily fluids, mold, or extreme vehicle conditions may incur additional fees. Pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and location. Final payment is due upon completion of the service. We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or sanitary reasons.
Condition fees, late arrivals, and on location requirements are also included in these terms. Additional fees may apply if the vehicle requires extra time or specialized cleaning due to excessive dirt, stains, odors, pet hair, or other condition related issues. If you arrive late or if the vehicle is not accessible at the scheduled time, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited. On location services require a safe and suitable workspace with enough room to operate around the vehicle. We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe, obstructed, or do not meet these requirements.
Return Policy
Services are non refundable once completed. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your detail, please contact us within twenty four hours so we can review and address any concerns. Deposits are non refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than twenty four hours notice or if the vehicle is not accessible at the scheduled time. Missed appointments, no shows, and last minute cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. All adjustments or corrections are handled on a case by case basis to ensure fairness and service quality.

We collect basic customer data such as name, phone number, email address, and service history solely for booking, communication, and service purposes.
